Metropolis Philoptochos Supports Lowell Fire Victims

On July 7 there was a tragic fire that took the life of 7 people 5 of them members of the same family. There were 55 people left homeless including 2 orphans from the family that died.  
The Wish Project (TWP )is an organization that helps people after disasters, people with financial difficulties and homeless transitioning to into homes. The Metropolis Philoptochos connected with TWP and with the generosity of its members were able to purchase clothing and household goods for the people left homeless from this fire.
