Pastoral Visit to St. George Cathedral in Manchester, NH

On Sunday March 20, 2016 His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston visited the St. George parish in Manchester, NH to celebrate the Divine Liturgy and the procession commemorating the restoration of holy images and icons. It was a great joy to witness the many families and children of the parish who participated in the procession. In His sermon His Eminence encouraged the members of the parish to prayerfully remember our brothers and sisters in the Middle East who have either lost their lives or are fleeing their homeland in hopes of a better life. His Eminence also shared with the congregation the Patriarchal and Synodical Encyclical on the convocation of the Holy and Great Council of the Orthodox Church.
