Metropolis of Boston Philoptochos Hosts an Evening with Chef Maria Loi and Dr. Stefanos Kales

On May 2, 2019 the Metropolis Philoptochos hosted an evening event at the St. Demetrios Parish in Weston, MA with special guests Chef Maria Loi, Greek food ambassador, restaurateur, author, healthy lifestyle expert, and Dr. Stefanos Kales, Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. They discussed the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle as featured in Chef Loi's book The Greek Diet. It was a beautiful evening with many in attendance.
