Metropolitan Methodios Attends Christmas concert at the Taxiarchae Parish in Watertown, MA

On Sunday, December 8, 2019 the Christmas concert at the Taxiarchae Church in Watertown Massachusetts took place. A choir drawn from across the Metropolis and volunteers from other faiths performed under the direction of Cynthia Mitaras Alex and guest conductor, Steven Karidoyanes. With accompaniment by Sophia Argeros and James Speros, and a guest appearance by soloist, Monty Hill, the musical forces performed a program drawing upon various choral traditions, from special settings of Eastern Orthodox hymns to American Gospel. An enthusiastic audience joined in the singing of familiar carols as well.
