Parish Visitations

 

 

 

Dino Pappas, the Youth Director for the Metropolis of Boston, is currently visiting local parishes.  He informs the parish youth advisers, the parents, and the youth about the many wonderful youth programs and opportunities offered by the Metropolis.  Call the Metropolis at 617-277-4742 and find out when he will be visiting your community!

In October 2009, two meetings were held (in Dover, NH and the Metropolis Center) with youth advisors of area parishes.   The purpose of the meeting was to exchange ideas and learn of the many opportunities and resources offered by the Metropolis.  These meetings also provided the opportunity for Youth Advisers with little experience to ask for assistance and guidance from other Youth Advisers who have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the area of youth ministry.

The next Youth Advisor Meeting will take place on January 27, 2010 at the Greek Orthodox Church in Cranston, RI.
