2009-2010 Basketball Leagues (Coaches)


Coaches:

 
If you are a Coach, please talk to your parish priest and then follow these 9 easy steps: 
 

Step 1:  Download the Roster Form

Step 2:  Complete the Roster Form and get it signed by the priest and stamped by the Church seal

 
The purpose of the Roster Form is so that we can fulfill the aforementioned goal of the League and to ensure that all participants are active members of the Church.
 

Step 3:  Raise the Entrance Fee

 
The purpose of the Entrance Fee is to cover the costs of the League (Referees,Score-keepers, etc.) and to help with the Basketball Banquet expenses at the end of the season.
 
Please Note:  Because sometimes it is a heavy burden for the Parish to pay the entire fee, it is encouraged that the JOY/GOYA participants host fundraisers and events during the year to help raise the funds.
 
THE ENTRANCE FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 
GOYA BOYS TEAM:                                     $950.00
GOYA GIRLS TEAM:                                    $750.00
JOY BOYS AND GIRLS TEAM:                   $850.00
JUNIOR JOY BOYS AND GIRLS TEAM:     $550.00
 

Step 4:  Download the Invoice(s)

Step 5:  Submit the Invoice(s) to your Church, make a check payable to:   The Metropolis of Boston


Step 6: Download and fill out the Uniform Forms

Step 7:  Attend the Coaches Meeting (October 14, 2009) and submit the following items to the Metropolis as soon as possible:

 
Completed Roster Form (signed by the priest)
Check for the Entrance Fee
Completed Uniform Form

Please Note: ALL Coaches must be present at the Coaches Meeting.
This year, the Coaches Meeting will be held on October 14, 2009 at 6:00pm at the Metropolis of Boston.
                              
 
 

Step 8:  Check the website for the 2009-2010 Schedule

 
After all the forms and fees have been submitted at the Coaches Meeting, a schedule will be created and posted on this website.
 

Step 9:  LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
