On Sunday, August 16, Metropolitan Methodios visited the Assumption Church in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he celebrated the Divine Liturgy with the clergy and faithful of the parish in celebration of the Feast of the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos.

His Eminence was welcomed by the parish priest, the Rev. Fr. Andrew Otto, together with the Rev. Dn. Andrew Constantinou, members of the Parish Council, and the faithful of the Assumption community. The visit provided an opportunity to celebrated the Dormition Feast of their beloved parish.

During the Divine Liturgy, Metropolitan Methodios reflected Theotokos in the life of the Church and encouraged the faithful to continue looking to Panagia as an example of faith, humility, and devotion to God.

Metropolitan Methodios also expressed his appreciation to Fr. Andrew, the Parish Council, volunteers, and faithful for their dedication to the life and ministries of the Assumption community and for their continued commitment to the Orthodox Christian faith. Following the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence joined the parishioners in their hall for fellowship, greeting members of the community and speaking to the faithful.
