This four-hour marriage preparation course is offered at the Metropolis Center 8 times each year. The program has been developed and expanded to include instruction, couples activities, and group discussion on the nature of marriage, the struggles along the way, and strategies for preparing for this journey.

Saint Andrew the First-Called Apostle was the first of the apostles of Jesus Christ and the brother of the Apostle Peter. He is also the Patron Saint of the Metropolis of Boston. Annually, the Metropolis celebrates his feast day with a Great Vespers service in the evening of November 29 and an Orthros and Divine Liturgy in the morning of November 30.

The annual Greek Independence Day Parade in Boston, which commemorates the Declaration of Independence by Greece on March 25th 1821, has become a Boston tradition. The parade begins at the intersection of Boylston Street and Massachusetts Avenue and ends at the Boston Common.

The Metropolis of Boston Golf Classic's purpose is to establish a Support-A-Camper Scholarship Program for the Metropolis' camp program. As His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios declared upon the opening of the camp, "No camper will be turned away".
On November 6, 2011, His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston welcomed people from all over the Metropolis of Boston to a celebratory reception honoring Sophia Nibi and her 28 years of service to the Metropolis of Boston. View Details »
