Metropolis of Boston Holds Diocesan Oratorical Festival

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios welcomed all the children representing their respective district at the Metropolis Oratorical Festival. The junior competition consisted of eight children speaking on various theological topics. Melissa Bobotas of the Annunciation Church in Cranston, RI was selected as the representative for the National Competition. In the Senior division all the presentations were extremely insightful with Agnes Dardas from the St. Spyridon Cathedral in Worcester, MA from the securing the top spot and representing the Metropolis at the National Competition.

His Eminence thanked the participants for their hard work and dedication as He encouraged them to always continue their effort to learning more about our Orthodox Faith.
