Metropolis of Boston Youth Office Hosts JOY Retreat in Manchester, NH

St. George Cathedral in Manchester, NH hosted a Metropolis District Retreat on Saturday, April 1, 2006. The retreat entitled “Let Your Light Shine” was an opportunity for the JOY children of the parish to learn more about our faith and to reflect upon their spiritual lives during this Lenten season. The children discussed the struggles they are faced with and how to make responsible Christian decisions. They also were challenged to take Great Lent as a time to take advantage of this opportunity we have to journey on the path towards Christ.
