MANCHESTER GROUP VISITS FAITH & HERITAGE CENTER, ADMIRES RETREAT HOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

Fr. Athanasios Nenes, the Pastor of the Assumption Parish in Manchester, NH took advantage of the Veteran's Day holiday and took 35 adults and children from his Parish and St. George Cathedral in Manchester to the St. Methodios Faith & Heritage Center in Contoocook. The group which consisted of young children, JOY and GOYA young people as well as parents, enjoyed discussion sessions, a delicious lunch in the dining hall and a grand tour of the grounds, focusing on the impressive progress being made in the construction of the Retreat House on the shores of one of the lakes on this maginificent property.

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios follows the progress of the construction daily. All lowere level walls are complete and the first floor joists and plywood are being installed today.
