Metropolitan Methodios Leads Faithful During Holy Week Services

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios began Holy Week with a pastoral visit at the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Haverhill, MA on Sunday evening, March 28 where he celebrated the Nymphios Service and had the opportunity to visit with the faithful following the service.  On Monday evening, His Eminence was at the Dormition parish in Somerville, MA where he also had the opportunity to dialogue with the parishioners during a light reception that followed.   On Tuesday evening His Eminence worshipped with the faithful at the Taxiarchae Church in Watertown and enjoyed fellowship with them during the reception which followed.  Metropolitan Methodios will be at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton, MA for the Service of the Holy Unction on Wednesday, March 31.  On Thursday, April 1, he will be at the Sts. Constantine and Helen Church in Cambridge, MA in the morning for the Vesperal Divine Liturgy and at the St. George Church in Lynn, MA for the 12 Gospel reading Crucifixion Service.  Metropolitan Methodios will be at the St. John Church in Boston on Good Friday for both the Apokathelosis Service in the afternoon and the Service of the Lamentations in the evening.  On Holy Saturday morning, His Eminence will celebrate the Vesperal Divine Liturgy at the St. Catherine Church in Braintree.  In the evening, he will be at the Annunciation Cathedral for the Resurrection Vigil and Anastasis and on Pascha, Sunday, April 4, Metropolitan Methodios will be at the St. Spyridon Cathedral in Worcester for the Service of Agape.
