National Sisterhood of Presvyteres Biennial Retreat Held at the St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center

On October 11-14th, the National Sisterhood of Presvyteres Biennial Retreat was held at the St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center in Contoocook, New Hampshire. The Presvyteres from the Metropolis of Boston hosted 58 participants from across the country, with the theme being “Seasons of the Presvytera”, presented by Presvytera Anthe Athas.  Lively breakout sessions focusing on challenges and strengths followed by fellowship and activities, including apple picking, nature hikes and campfire singing. The weekend began to close with a beautiful liturgy celebrated in the St. George Chapel, with His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios, Father Theodore Barbas and Father Robert Athas. The Co-Chairs Presvyteres Cynthia Palelogoes and Claire Foustoukos provided a truly memorable retreat with all the planning and attention to detail given.   A wonderful time was had by all.
