His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios Visits St. Demetrios Parish in Saco, ME

On Sunday, March 12, 2017 His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the St. Demetrios Parish in Saco, ME. This was the second Sunday in Great Lent, during which the Church celebrates and remembers St. Gregory Palamas, Archbishop of Thessaloniki.  It was a great joy for His Eminence to tonsure three young men who serve in the altar of the parish. His Eminence congratulated both the parents of the three young men and entire community for nurturing their children in the embrace of the Orthodoxy faith.
