Orthodoxy on Tap - New Year's Celebration 2018
On Thursday, January 18th over 75 young adults from the Greater Boston Area shared in fellowship to celebrate the new year at Orthodoxy on Tap’s first meeting of the year. We were pleased to have Fr. Vassileios Bebis from the St. Nektarios parish in Roslnidale, MA lead us in a conversation on St. Basil and the tradition of cutting vasilopita at the start of the new year. At the conclusion of his talk, both Fr. Vassileios and Fr. Thanasi Nenes of the Taxiarcher parish of Watertown, MA cut a vasilopita and distributed it to the young adults present. Congratulations to Greg Koutroukas, a student at Bentley University on receiving the flouri! We look forward to welcoming everyone to the Orthodoxy on Tap taking place on Thursday, February 15th at 7pm at UNOs in Kenmore Square. Come join the conversation! The conversation is on us, and remember to bring a friend!
