of the Metropolis of Boston

Brethren,

As you know, our Metropolis Clergy Laity Conference will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the Maliotis Cultural Center on the grounds of our Seminary. The theme of this year's Assembly, "The Ministries of the Church - Archdiocese, Metropolis, Parishes", clearly outlines the focus of the presentations. Our goal is to deliver into the hands of our clergy and lay leaders effective and accessible tools and resources that are immediately available for implementation in the local Parish. I therefore ask that you invite ALL leaders of the various
ministries in your parish to participate. Please extend this invitation immediately so that they will reserve the date on their calendars.

Enclosed you will find detailed information, fliers, posters, as well as registration material. Please ensure that your parish is wellrepresented on· this day. Praying that you have a blessed beginning of the new ecclesiastical year, I remain,
