Rev. Fr. Peter Leneweaver

Father Peter Leneweaver was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Hellenic College from 1994 to 1997 and graduated from the University of Texas in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Studies. In 2012, he completed the Archdiocese Diaconate Program, and on March 24 of that year, His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios ordained him to the Holy Diaconate at the Annunciation Cathedral in Boston, Massachusetts. Father Peter went on to earn his Master of Theological Studies from Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in 2016. On November 26, 2017, he was ordained into the Holy Priesthood by His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios. He currently serves as the parish priest of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, where he is devoted to the spiritual growth and well-being of his community. Father Peter resides in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kathy, and their two daughters, Zoe and Mia.
