Pastoral Visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios in Braintree, MA

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios blessed the community of St. Catherine in Braintree, MA with a pastoral visit on Sunday, February 7th. His Eminence celebrated Liturgy and formally placed a new icon of St. Catherine donated by John and Effie Lagadinos in the narthex for the faithful to venerate.  His Eminence was assisted by Fr. Romanos Karanos and Fr. Ted Toppses and was accompanied by John and Effie Lagadinos,  the Parish council, and the Philoptochos Society during installation of the icon.  The icon of St. Catherine was written on Mt. Athos and blessed at St. Catherine's Monastery of Mt. Sinai.
