Pastoral Visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios - Nativity-Assumption of the Virgin Mary Church in Cohasset, MA

On Sunday, October 17, 2021, His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios received a warm welcome from the parishioners of the Nativity-Assumption of the Virgin Mary Church in Cohasset. The Metropolitan celebrated the Divine Liturgy, assisted by The Very Rev. Anton Vrame. Following the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence commented that the importance of the fellowship of the faithful as the Body of Christ, that to have communion with one another is as important as to receive Holy Communion. His Eminence received a welcome from children of the parish and took photos with them. At the Fellowship Hour, His Eminence learned the state of the ongoing construction work for the new Community Center. He also encouraged the parishioners to begin the effort to reach out to the unchurched on the South Shore.
