Greek Festivals throughout the Metropolis of Boston in September

Several parishes of the Metropolis of Boston hosted their Festivals in the month of September, welcoming people from their greater communities to share in fellowship, hospitality, cuisine and music.

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios welcomed Cardinal Sean O'Malley and three of his clergy to the festival. 

 

 

   

 

St. George Cathedral, Manchester, NH

   Sunday, September 18th was the installation of Fr. Demetrios Costarakis as the new parish priest.

St. Spyridon Cathedral, Worchester, MA

His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios joined Father Christopher Stamas, the Proistamenos and Father Dean Paleologos, the Pastor Emeritus, in offering thanks and greetings before city and state officials.

Opening ceremonies included representatives from the Worcester City Council, the State House, the Sheriff's Office, the Police Department, and Parish Leaders.
