His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios and the newly appointed Consul General of Greece in Boston, Mr. Symeon Tegos, visited Saint George Greek Orthodox Church in Lynn, MA, on Saturday, September 2, 2022. The Festival was held on the weekend of September 2-4, where thousands of people celebrated Greek culture, cuisine, and the Orthodox faith. During his visit, His Eminence expressed gratitude to the parishioners who worked at the Festival and thanked them for their dedication and hard work on behalf of the parish. In addition, His Eminence and the Consul General spoke with Maria Stephanos, who is a highly respected local Greek American journalist and anchor for WCVB Channel 5.
