Pastoral Visit - St. Spyridon Cathedral, Worcester, MA November 6, 2022

On Sunday, November 6, His Eminence made a pastoral visit to St. Spyridon Cathedral in Worcester, MA on the occasion of Fr. Chris Stamas' 25th anniversary to the priesthood. Following the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence elevated Fr. Chris to the highest office in the married priesthood, that of Protopresbyter, and tonsured a dozen young men as acolytes, readers, and chanters.

Following the events in the church, His Eminence attended a banquet in the church's auditorium where more than 200 people gathered to honor Fr. Chris. 

The community of St. Spyridon also honored His Eminence for the 40th anniversary since his ordination to the episcopacy.
