This past weekend the Metropolis of Boston Camp embraced the vibrant spirit of its Fall Camp Session. With great enthusiasm, MBC welcomed an impressive cohort of over 200 campers and dedicated staff. Each day commenced with reverent prayer services, setting a spiritually enriching tone for the entire experience.
Throughout the session, the campers actively participated in diverse sessions designed to foster fellowship, nurture their faith, and cultivate a deeper connection with their Greek heritage. A highlight of this eventful weekend was Sunday's Divine Liturgy with His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston. Following Divine Liturgy, they embarked on a tour of Contoocook, New Hampshire.
The resounding success of MBC's Fall Camp Session was exemplified by its swift sell-out, achieving this feat in a mere 60 seconds. Regrettably, the overwhelming demand led to over 100 eager kids being placed on a waitlist, unable to partake due to the constraints of physical capacity. In response to this exceptional demand, the camp is exploring avenues to expand their offerings for the 2024 camp season.
