A Joyful Christmas Visit from the Hellenic Academy to the Metropolis of Boston

Friday, December 19, 2025

Students from the Hellenic Academy recently visited the Metropolis of Boston Office for their annual Christmas visit with Metropolitan Methodios. The children filled the space with joy as they sang traditional Christmas carols in Greek, beautifully sharing the spirit of the Nativity and the richness of their cultural heritage. Their voices and enthusiasm brought warmth and festivity to the occasion, making the visit especially meaningful.

Following the caroling, the students enjoyed refreshments and were welcomed into an audience with His Eminence, where they had the opportunity to speak with him and receive his blessings and encouragement. The visit was led by their dedicated teacher, Kyria Maria Booras, whose guidance and commitment continue to nurture the students’ faith, language, and traditions. The annual visit remains a cherished experience for both the children and the Metropolis community.
