Metropolitan Methodios’ Pastoral Visit to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Lowell, MA

On Sunday, January 26, 2025, the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Lowell, MA, welcomed Metropolitan Methodios for a pastoral visit. His Eminence presided over the Orthros and Divine Liturgy, serving alongside Rev. Fr. Nikolaos Pelekoudas, parish priest of the church.

At the end of the liturgy, a memorial was held in honor of the late Archbishop Anastasios of Albania, a monumental figure in the Orthodox Church. Known for his lifelong dedication to mission work and the revitalization of the Church in Albania, Archbishop Anastasios left an enduring legacy of faith, service, and love for all people. Metropolitan Methodios led the prayers, calling upon the faithful to remember his contributions and emulate his commitment to spreading the Gospel.

The visit was a wonderful opportunity for the Holy Trinity community, as parishioners came together to worship and receive the pastoral blessings of His Eminence.
