TCI Leadership Retreat Held at MBC in Contoocook, NH

Over the weekend of October 31, 2025, more than 90 participants and staff from across New England gathered at the Metropolis of Boston Camp in Contoocook, NH for the annual Thriving Congregations Initiative (TCI) Leadership Retreat.

The weekend brought together parishioners and ministry leaders to connect, share experiences, and explore ways to strengthen their communities. Sessions focused on practical leadership tools, ministry challenges, and opportunities for collaboration across parishes. The retreat also gave participants a chance to step back from their day-to-day responsibilities, reflect on their work, and enjoy the camp environment that many MBC campers know well.

Everyone left with new ideas, useful resources, and a renewed commitment to support thriving parish life. The conversations and insights from the retreat will help guide the continued work of building strong, engaged congregations rooted in faith and service to Christ and His Church.
