Annual Per Capita Stewardship
The chapter treasurer must submit per capita stewardship for each member by April 30 to the National and Metropolis offices as follows:
Metropolis of Boston per capita $10 per chapter member
National per capita $15 per chapter member
Each chapter may collect additional stewardship from its members for local philanthropic work as determined.
Metropolis per capita should be EMAILED to the Metropolis of Boston at philoptochos@boston.goarch.org. Simply email the same form used for the National office. Any membership stewardship collected after the deadline may be mailed in clearly indicating which year it is for and should be sent to both National and Metropolis.
Note: National and Metropolis per capita reports should always reflect the same number of members.
National Philoptochos per capita should be mailed and emailed to the New York office along with the appropriate coupon and name list.The Per Catpita Remittance form is available at the bottom of this page. Please email forms and list of members to: membership@philotochos.org
For National Per Capita Forms please follow the directions on the National Website: www.philoptochos.org/resources/membership as the reporting procedures have changed as of 2016.
National and Metropolis Commitments
There are 4 Metropolis commitments and 19 National commitments that support the ministries of outreach and philanthropies. For more details about the Metropolis commitments visit the Philoptochos ministries page for a description of all our ministries and the National Commitments at a Glance for quick descriptions of the National Comittments.
When submitting your payments please note the following:
Each chapter will receive a coupon booklet from National and coupon booklet from the Metropolis of Boston. All checks for National commitments should be made out to National Philoptochos and all checks for Metropolis commitments should be made out to Metropolis of Boston Philoptochos. Please include chapter number on each check and be sure to have two signatures on each check (per National Philoptochos bylaws). Commitments and donations should be current to ensure that your chapter delegates are recognized at the National Philoptochos Convention or Metropolis Philoptochos Biennial Conference.
