On 2 December 2008, the Saint Nicholas community was blessed with the news from His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios that the Rev. Father Demetrios T. Costarakis was to be named as our permanent Priest.
Father Costarakis is the sixth generation of priests in his family. He graduated from Holy Cross Seminary in 2004, served at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Weston and most recently comes to St. Nicholas from the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Lowell. Father Costarakis has a passion for the youth, and was introduced to the St. Nicholas community by His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios on Sunday December 6 following the Divine Liturgy.
