Children from Hellenic Academy Bring Christmas Cheer to the Metropolis of Boston
Students from the Hellenic Academy of Lowell visited the Metropolis of Boston, spreading joy and festive cheer. The children presented Metropolitan Methodios with traditional Greek Christmas carols, sharing their excitement about the birth of Christ and the true spirit of the season.
The gathering was a testament to the unity and shared traditions of the Greek Orthodox community. Metropolitan Methodios, visibly moved by the children's enthusiasm, welcomed them with open arms, referring to the Metropolis as their "Home Away From Home."
Metropolitan Methodios expressed his gratitude to the organizers, Fr. Nikolaos Pelekoudas and Maria Bouras, for their efforts in coordinating this special visit. Their dedication ensured that the children had an opportunity to engage with their faith and community in a meaningful way.
