New Year's Day Liturgy with Metropolitan Methodios at St. Vasilios, Peabody, MA

On January 1st, the faithful of St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church in Peabody, MA, gathered to celebrate the New Year with Metropolitan Methodios, Fr. Chris Foustoukos, and Fr. Ioannis Michaelides. The celebration marked the Feast Day of the Peabody parish.

Metropolitan Methodios offered a homily reflecting on the life and teachings of St. Basil, emphasizing the importance of faith, charity, and community as guiding principles for 2025. 

Several local clergy joined the celebration, including parish priests from neighboring churches, highlighting the spirit of unity and fellowship among the Orthodox faithful in the region.
