Metropolitan Methodios Visits St. George Cathedral in Springfield, MA, for Divine Liturgy

The faithful of St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral welcomed Metropolitan Methodios as he celebrated the Divine Liturgy together with Fr. Dionysios Koulianos, Dean of the St. George Cathedral. 

Following the Divine Liturgy, the community gathered for a fellowship hour and displayed an overwhelming outpouring of love and appreciation of His Eminence. Metropolitan Methodios expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the warm reception, particularly noting his joy of seeing so many children actively engaged in the life of the church.

During his visit, Metropolitan Methodios extended his best wishes for a faithful and blessed year ahead. His words of encouragement and spiritual guidance uplifted those in attendance, reaffirming the cathedral’s mission of faith, love, and service. His Eminence thanked Mary Tzambazakis, president of the parish council for her sterling leadership of the community.
